No, True Protection compares services and prices among all our partners and you can then choose who you want to carry out the assignment.
How much does it cost to hire a bodyguard?
There are no general fixed prices for what a bodyguard costs. Each bodyguard company sets its own prices. At True Protection, you can compare prices and services by filling out a form and immediately receive a price indication. Who is responsible if someone is injured during the assignment?
The one who has injured is the one who bears the responsibility. A bodyguard never bears legal responsibility over the person being protected. A bodyguard should do everything he can to prevent this from happening, but there are no guarantees that nothing will happen.
Who pays for food and accommodation?
It depends on the circumstances. If you are not in need of round-the-clock protection and the bodyguard lives in the same city, the bodyguard can usually sleep at home. If you want the bodyguard to be nearby around the clock or if it is in a different city than where the bodyguard lives, you should book a hotel room for him at your expense.
When it comes to who pays for the food, the client usually bears the cost of the food.

Do you have foreign bodyguards?

Yes, there are both armed and unarmed security guards for various purposes.
How long agreements can I sign with security companies?
There are no restrictions on how long contracts you sign. However, it is common to sign ongoing agreements with notice periods. Settle with the security company on these issues before you begin the assignment.

How long does an assignment usually take?

Can I continue to use the company I hired without True Protection?
You are very welcome to continue using the same company several times, but it must always go through True Protection after you have established a contact with a company through us.
True Protection has no extra surcharge so it costs you no extra to go through us. You also get more service, better legal agreements and financial security when you hire companies through us.
Rules About Crime
It is important for you as a customer to understand that none of our partners may be involved or in the vicinity of criminal acts. If you as a customer do something that is illegal of any kind, it is the company's obligation to leave immediately.
Payments
When do I pay for the assignment?
You pay for the assignment in connection with you accepting the offer, ie before the assignment begins. You pay the full amount to Escrow, which is an independent third-party service. When the assignment is completed, the amount will be released to the bodyguard company. This makes it 100% safe for both you and the bodyguard company.
What happens if the assignment is not performed or correctly?
We will start an investigation that will determine if the money will be refunded to you. The money you have paid has not gone to those who will carry out the assignment. After the investigation is completed, the money will either be refunded to you or paid to those who performed the assignment.
